Flag football is a non-contact league for boys & girls ages 6 (5 turning 6 by Dec 31/2024) through 15 (14 turning 15 by Dec 31/2024), providing opportunities to learn new skills.
Flag football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, receiver, centre, and defensive back. Flag football season begins in September and continues until the beginning of October. The goal of the NFL Fall Flag League is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship while playing flag football.

Competing fiercely, grinding relentlessly, and locking in their focus, these remarkable kids exceeded expectations! They had wins over teams from Seattle, Denver, and Hawaii (twice), yet faced losses against Houston (their first game) and New York in the quarterfinals, who eventually became the 12U Champions. Reppin’ Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, these kids, along with their families, showcased exceptional representation. When you defy others’ expectations, the rewards are truly remarkable! By remaining laser focused, they gained a clearer vision for making their mark. Though losing stings, the invaluable lessons and cherished core memories from this competition will guide them in their future endeavors.
