Flag football is a non-contact league for boys & girls ages 6 (5 turning 6 by Dec 31/2025) through 17 (16 turning 17 by Dec 31/2025), providing opportunities to learn new skills.
Flag football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, receiver, centre, and defensive back. Flag football season begins in September and continues until the beginning of October. The goal of the NFL Fall Flag League is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship while playing flag football.
