The Regina Youth NFL FLAG Football League is where young athletes get their first taste of football in a fast paced, exciting, and non-contact environment. Whether your child has never thrown a football before or already dreams of making big plays, this is the perfect place to learn, compete, and have a blast!
Designed for girls and boys ages 5 to 9 (including children who are currently 4 or 8 but turn 5 or 9 by December 31, 2026), our league focuses on building confidence, developing athletic skills, and creating a lifelong love for the game. Players will learn the fundamentals of football while developing as quarterbacks, receivers, running backs, and defensive backs…all in an atmosphere where everyone gets involved.
Our Winter NFL FLAG season kicks off in mid-November and runs through early February, giving kids the chance to stay active during the winter months, make new friends, and experience the excitement of game day every week.
