Regina Youth NFL Flag Football League is a program designed to give Canadian youth an opportunity to play organized Flag Football within their community.
Flag Football is a non-contact league for girls and boys ages 5 (4 turning 5 by Dec 31/2024) through 8 (7 turning 8 by Dec 31/2024), providing opportunities to learn new skills. Flag Football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, running back, defensive back, and receiver. The Winter Flag Football season begins in the middle November and continues until the middle of February.
