Registration for the Regina NFL Fall Flag Football league opens on May 1st, 2025 at 7:00 am. We are implementing staggered registrations for the upcoming May 1st registration day. Here’s how it will work:
Registration for the youngest birth year age group (2019 / 2018) will open at 7:00 AM.
Every 30 minutes, the next age group will become eligible to register:
2017 / 2016 at 7:30 AM,
2015 / 2014 at 8:00 AM,
2013 / 2012 at 8:30 AM,
2011 / 2010 at 9:00 AM,
2009 / 2008 at 9:30 AM

2025 League Information
The fall league runs from September 6th to September 28th, 2025 every Saturday & Sunday at the Regina Rugby Fields. Game times are between 8:30am – 4:30pm. Schedules vary by team.
The cost to play is $260 which covers everything and is due immediately upon registration.
Fee Includes the following: Reversible Jersey, Shorts, Flags, Mouthguard, Player Gift, Team Picture, Individual Picture, Subway Lunch Gift Certificate, League Keepsake, One Entry Into the Football Saskatchewan Fall Lottery, Football Saskatchewan Membership, Football Canada Membership, Accident Insurance, Liability Insurance, Quality Trained Refs, and Field Rentals.
REFUND POLICY:
From the start of registration to the start of the season fees will be returned less a $100 withdrawal fee. After game 1 fees will be returned less a $130 withdrawal fee.
There will be no refunds issued after the second game.
Team assignments are random by school / area. NO Special requests are allowed.
Teams are distributed to ensure even numbers on each team (14-16 players/team).
Kids are placed in divisions based on their age as of December 31, 2025.
Practice schedules are at the discretion of the coaches. We do this so that each coach can schedule practices that are at the most convenient locations and times for their team.
PLEASE familiarize yourself with the size charts above and choose the appropriate size for each participant correctly. Jerseys and shorts are ordered for each individual player as per the information provided on the registration sheet. If you do happen to order the wrong size, there will be a $50 fee to return and replace jerseys and/or shorts, this will be charged back to you! . Please utilize the measurements provided to ensure a proper fit.
Current Division Breakdown
Ages are as of December 31, 2025. We are also attempting to have all girls teams in all the divisions. If we have enough registered for all girls teams, we’ll make an all girls division.
