After the heavy downpour this morning, all Sunday games have been cancelled. Our crew has been out at Rugby Park assessing the fields, and they are completely saturated. The playing surfaces are simply too wet and not safe or playable for our athletes. As much as we always want to get games in, player safety has to come first. We know this is disappointing, especially on a long weekend, but it’s the right decision given the field conditions. We’ll work through the schedule and communicate our makeup plan as soon as possible.
